I am a fine artist based in Southern California. I grew up in Brazil and graduated in advertising where I worked as a creative copywriter for a decade. After moving to the States with my husband, I took my first steps to revive an old dream of becoming an artist. I studied graphic design at UCI and took countless hours of workshops, online and in person. I now dedicate my time painting mostly abstracts, florals and landscapes.

Artist Statement

“My intuitive and free spirited personality dictates the movements of my brushes and document the complexity of my being on the canvas. I start without a plan, following each mark to the next. I begin with chaos, crafting my art piece into a harmonious structure over time. Bold shapes, secretive details, free marks and abundance of colors are the body and soul of my work and a tale to be told by the touch of my hands. "
